Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for dealing with guest requirements and responding to their questions for Spa treatments.

• Great and welcome the guest.

• Ensure each guest completes and signs a waiver and health liability form and any health issues are relate or device to therapist.

• Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.

• Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.

• Enter guest reservation for massage into computer systematically and confirm guest reservation.

• Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.

• Promote retail sales to guest when massage or treatment finished.

• Conduct Spa orientation for guest

• Ensure Spa & Health Club operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard)

Required Skills –

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Able to speak, read and write English

Qualifications –

• Vocational Certificate

Experience –

1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
