Mô tả công việc
- The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for guest room cleaning including surrounding areas on resident floors and back of the house including pantries, staircase and service area, make sure the cleanness and tidiness of all areas that he/she in charges.
- To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform and following the grooming guidelines.
- To ensure to login Know Mobile, receive job task asigned, duty phone and Key from coordinator, make sure to sign in /out key logbook when start shift and return at end of shift.
- Daily attend morning briefing to get all information about the occupancies, received report and aware section in charge.
- Provides the highest quality standard of guest room comfort and cleanliness in accordance to the policies and procedures set by the hotel.
- To clean all assigned rooms and designated public area in accordance with the established procedure public area in accordance with the established procedure.
- To provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Capella standards.
- To ensure that all room standards are maintained cleanliness at all times. To ensure cleaning guest room follow up standard and sequence make up room.
- To check and verify room status report & prepare for daily work.
- Tidy all VD, OD rooms and check VC rooms as been assigned by the supervisor.
- Give priority to clean arrival room even room is VC. Prepare for showroom as assign follow up standard.
- To ensure that all dirty guest linen move to right place when taken out of guest rooms.
- All room not being serviced by specified time must report to the Housekeeping Office.
- To inform supervisor on DND and Discrepancy rooms.
- Be responsible to arrange maid pantry, daily tidy up and manage for all guest amenities, chemical stock enough for operation, follow up inventory & order schedule as department plan
- To report all Lost & found items to floor sup & housekeeping office, and the valuable should be return these to the office as soon as possible, make sure all Lost & found items record in maid report and sent to HK office for storage follow up policy.
- Attends all staff and training meeting when directed by the Supervisor and or Manager.
- Stocks supply for trolley with required room supplies for shift.
- Report all work orders to the supervisor immediately to ensure defect-free guest rooms prior to check-in and or guest return.

- Replaces supplies in the rooms such as stationary folder, guest supplies, compendium, hotel brochures and information regarding hotel services and facilities.
- Removes furniture, curtains and other fixtures, which require repair, replacement, spotting, waxing or cleaning
- Changes bed linen with clean bed sheets and pillowcases as per the hotel policy.
- Cleans all bathroom fixtures and fittings and replaces bathroom supplies.
- Returns lost and found items to Housekeeping Office and completes required forms.
- Provides turn down service according to service standard, including restocking of minibar.
- Handles guest requests and immediately refers problems and complaints to the Floor Supervisor.
- Submit completed daily jobtask check list, return report, duty phone & key to supervisor & logout Knowcross. Handover pending work for PM shift and note down to handover logbook before end of shift.

Yêu cầu công việc
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferably specializing in Finance or Accounting Management
Work Experience
- Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort
Technical Skills
- Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
