Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate | Quản lý kinh doanh/Phó quản lý kinh doanh – Corporate

• Look after existing producing accounts by following all enquiries, assuring the clients satisfaction;
• Look for new accounts to regenerate and increase the productivity of the Account portfolio;
• Assist in drawing up the marketing plan, define precisely guest requirements and offer under the supervision of higher level;
• Promote the hotel services and special events/Promotions at the hotel in all sales calls;
• 
  
• Negotiate prices with clients and issue contracts and / or offers under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing;
• Look at the monthly production of the accounts and present to Director of sales and Marketing overlook of the accounts;
• Looks for group leads, quote the groups, follow up the quotation with the ultimate goal of their confirmation;
• Prepare a monthly sales planning to be presented to the Director of Sales and Marketing in advance.

• More than one year experience in a similar experience in the luxury hotel with Corporate background;
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must;
• Knowledge of international/regional source markets would be added advantage;
• Proactive, guest service oriented, excellent presentation skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools;
• National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only).
