Mô tả công việc
- Develops a public relations programme based on its marketing goals. Work with Marketing team in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
- Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities.
- Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities
- Establishes sales leads and coordinates sales leads with Banqueting and Sales Departments
- Establishes a programme for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
- Provides information to other departments on activities within all the outlets which may be useful when dealing with guests
- Accepts clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned
- Coordinates all activities with the Sales Manager
- Coordinates guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners, etc.
- Maintains clipping files pertaining to the outlet(s) based on daily perusal of the media and provides same to BOD
- Liaises with Human Resource Manager on matters affecting corporate image
- Develop hotel gifts and giveaways
- Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place
- Co-ordinates outlet photography when required and maintains outlets photo file
- Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
- Works with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
- Working time: Monday - Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday morning (08:30 – 12:30)
- Working place: No.1 ,Street 39, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

- Basic salary: negotiable based on ability
- Service charge: are subject to business monthly/yearly result of the restaurant and as per the Company’s Policies.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
