Provide guests with warm welcome and look after them throughout their stay, from check in to check out.
Assist guests with their luggage and valet parking when necessary.
Create unique and personalized experiences for our guests by working together with other departments.
Able to communication fluently in English, Japan.
Are passionate about the locale and local offerings.
Perform other related work as required.
