Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the operations of the General and Food & Beverage stores and wine cellar.
- Label shelves and stock items in each store or cellar according to volume, i.e. higher volume closer to the store or cellar entrance.
- Set minimum and maximum par values for all items; initiate purchase request when the stock level drops below par.
- Coordinate with the purchasing manager and cost controller regarding the goods to be returned.
- Ensure proper rotation of stocks and issue goods on a “first in, first out” basis.
- Report weekly to the Purchasing Manager and Cost Controller on any slow-moving, obsolete, and expired items.
- Issue items based on approved requisitions and following established policies and procedures.
- Update stock records daily in the system and bin cards.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of authorized signatories that may sign requisitions and post them in a prominent place.
- Monthly organizes and conducts inventory process for all stores and cellar.
- Items are not to be issued or received during the inventory process.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of all stores and cellar at all times.
- Ensure that all stores and cellar are secured and locked after operating hours and keys are returned to the Security Department in a sealed envelope.
- Assist with other Accounting job functions as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1) High school graduate.
- 2) One (1) year experience in a hotel store or receiving operation.
- 3) Ability to communicate in English with guests/visitors/vendors and hotel staff to their understanding.
- 4) Ability to provide legible communication.
- 5) Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
