Mô tả công việc
- Conducts as per sales policy and practice established by the sales and marketing, corporate sales & marketing, and the hotels.
- Ensures smooth running operation of the division’s administrative functions.
- Cooperates with all departments to ensure the accuracy of information issued.
- Follows and provides feedback to the superior on ways to improve the sales and marketing standards and policy.
- Reports on confirmed and anticipated bookings for forecasting purposes.
- Liaises with rooms & guest services, reservation, and banquet department.
- To contact potential business leads, keeping control of heavy booking dates as advised by the sales manager/ assistant sales manager.
- Corresponds with group contacts.
- Maintains close contracts with travel agents, local business groups, and airlines.
- Liaises with concerned departments to ensure that operations will deliver the best quality products to the clients.
- Assists sales and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor team members in organizing the filing system of the department.
- Ensures that the stock of stationery items is accounted for and well maintained.
- Organizes the recording system for all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Handles all typing work required.
- Assists in the dispatch and collection of correspondence in the hotel.
- Takes minutes of meetings.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the office.
- Handles all incoming telephone calls takes messages and follows up.
- Prepares & checks all incoming communication messages such as facsimile and e-mail messages.
- Issues weekly for further details and status of residential meeting groups to salespersons. therefore, if confirmed correct information to be re-entered, if cancelled such space can be released.
- Updates production reports of corporate & travel agents monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Assists the director of sales and sales team members in issuing travel agents contract rates, and questionnaires as requested.
- Ensures that all complaints are reviewed and investigated by the director of sales and follow-up action is initiated by Salespersons
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Support the recruitment process by assisting in the selection and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to succeed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum education of bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry or luxury services sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, marketing techniques, and the hospitality industry, with an understanding of how to support the sales team effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals and support event planning and execution
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands, with a proactive approach to supporting the sales team and meeting client needs.
