Mô tả công việc
- Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative matters.
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs.
- Be responsible in managing and keeping the department’s equipments and assets safe and secure.
- Use formal framework / tools to ensure compliance of established standards in Fire Life Safety (FLS), Cleanliness & Condition and Brand Standard.
- Champion and protect IHG’s trusted reputation.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure adequate processes to support Responsible Business initiatives, i.e quality, FLS compliance, audits Green Engage and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Be responsible in keeping the property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to FLS.
- Assist General Manager with hotel’s SOP verification.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Colleague/ Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field with good understanding of continuous improvement tools and/or Hotel operations.
- At least 01-year related experience.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and organised.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in different ways to different employees.
- Ability to build good working relationships with different employees and cluster network.
- Ability to overcome resistance to change.
- Well-versed in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
