- Assist in managing the day-to-day e-commerce operations for multiple properties within the cluster, including online booking systems and website management.
- Support the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across the cluster, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics for each property, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the cluster, including sales, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of online strategies.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including OTAs (Online Travel Agents) and distribution partners, ensuring the cluster’s properties are well-represented.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance the digital strategy across the cluster.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on multi-property or cluster operations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, particularly in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis and web analytics tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks for different properties simultaneously.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Melia Vinpearl properties.
