2. Controling/Adding/Updating the flight prices for all Routes
3. Following the flight occupancy
4. Send the manuel calculations to partner/ representative offices
5. Updating contract/ special offer rates to the website
6. Loading/ Updating additional service Sales rates on Outgoing side
7. Upload hotel factsheets, photos, all details about hotels into website
8. Analyze with competitors’ prices.
9. Adding Free Sales to system and follow.
10. Following the sales, upon sales change the prices.
11. Arrange the Flight seats balance.
12. Calculating FIT / GIT Tour Package/Ticket Only/Hotel Only / Combination Tours Requests
13. To prepare reports for the head of department
14. Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Direct Manager
15. Control the Agency lists on Outgoing part and make reports about Agency / Sales.
16. Control and follow hotel occupancy, upon sales warn to relevant departments or make the new pricing strategy for hotels rooms and depend on it increase the company profit margin.
17. Control the Agency Commissions for each published Tours.
