Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager at Legend Danang Golf Resort. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales and marketing activities, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing promotional campaigns to drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise the Board of Directors on policies and proposals for price adjustments as well as off-peak playing hours to improve Golf products/promotions to attract customers and improve business efficiency.

Market research, market assessment and business strategies to work with the Golf Division to develop appropriate business programs at each time.

Coordinate with the Group's Communications and Marketing team to promote and enhance the image of the golf course.

Coordinate with the Front Office department, advise customers and potential customers on golf bookings, golf packages, and suitable promotional programs to boost revenue.

Customer care, support customers to improve service quality and answer customer questions about privileges, golf prices and policies applied at the Golf Course.

Search for customers and sell membership cards to complete and exceed assigned targets

Organize golf events by the Course or events from the tournament organizers.

Take care of VIP customers.

Manage the sales & marketing team and periodically train employees.

Perform other tasks as assigned/required by the Board of Directors/Chairman of the Company at each time.

Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans

Customer Relationship Management and Business Development skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the golf or hospitality industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
