Head of General Planning Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize the development of the Annual Operational Plan - Targets and submit it to the Director for assignment of targets to each department.

• Organize and supervise the implementation of the Annual Operational Plan - Targets of the Departments/Divisions in the Hospital on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Ensure that the activities of the departments/divisions meet the development needs of the Hospital and comply with the regulations of the industry.

• Implement, inspect and supervise the Clinical - Paraclinical Departments to comply with the regulations and professional guidance documents as prescribed by the Department, Ministry of Health and the procedures of the Group and Hospital.

• Implement the legal documents on the industry for clinical and paraclinical departments and supervise the implementation.

• Organize, implement and supervise the work of statistics, professional statistical reports (including medical records), archive and transfer of hospital reporting information according to the standards prescribed by the hospital, the Group and relevant agencies and departments.

• Organize supervision and guide specialized departments to properly record inpatient and outpatient medical records. Periodically summarize and review reporting work according to regulations and proactively report any abnormalities to promptly request guidance.

• Participate in quality improvement projects and activities, and the Hospital's advisory councils.

• Organize assessment, training, education and professional capacity improvement of staff at the Hospital's Science and Technology Department.

• Experience: 3 years or more of experience in a management position or Head of General Planning Department.

• Have a medical practice certificate.

• Have experience and understanding of hospital quality improvement activities, JCI standards.

• Good communication skills, proactive, enthusiastic and able to withstand high pressure.

• Have a high sense of responsibility and long-term commitment.
