Mô tả công việc

- Making and updating Daily Tour Programs for guests

- Being in charge of booking tours for guests

- Being in charge of managing and assigning tasks for Tours’ Drivers

- Being in charge of making payment requests for toll fees and Drivers’ overtime at the end of month.

- Being in charge of debt control of Transort service partners, making payment requests.

- Being in charge of guests’ transfer

- Being in charge of contacting transportation partners when it iss necessary

- Being in charge of solving problems in Tours

- Being in charge of making Invitation Letters for guests

- Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Head of Operation.

- Experience at least 1 year in tourism/ traveling operation will be an advantage

- English speaking
