E-Commerce Sales Manager (based in HCMC)

• in this role, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for executing the E-Commerce strategy at the cluster level, and ensure that individual retreats are aligning with e-commerce strategies and e-activating their electronic channels (anlam.com, eChannels, search engines, and other eMarketing. vehicles) to maximize online revenue and profitability.
• Control and manage the content, images, and room rates for properties daily.
• Monitor competitors’ rates/packages daily to propose ideas to be implemented to maintain the market share.
• Monitor the properties’ positioning and maintain the best positions in OTA.
• Optimize revenue from online channels such as direct website, OTA, and B2C… by implementing new concepts, increase sales in the E-commerce areas, etc.
• Manage the ongoing relationships with assigned business partners of OTA, B2B, B2C, and other online business platforms.
• Conducts weekly market intelligence report, and rate view to understand the market demand and any changes of competitors through weekly/monthly REMAX meetings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending industry conferences/workshops and seeking out distribution knowledge.
• Performs other related duties and special projects as required by Cluster DOSM or Cluster GM.

• At least 1 years of experience in the segment.
• Graduate of related to Sales and Marketing and Hospitality Industry College or University.
• Wholesale/ Leisure experience is an asset.
