Mô tả công việc

InterContinental Halong Bay Resort is seeking a skilled public relations manager to lead our marketing communications team in upholding our corporate image while increasing brand awareness. We’re looking for professionals with experience in both public relations and team management who can develop and maintain important relationships with media professionals, find press opportunities, and leverage our brand story across the ever-expanding digital landscape. Our preferred candidate is equipped with great communication skills, exemplary storytelling abilities, and a keen sense of social media strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive social media channels to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
  • Ensure the properties content (photography & descriptions) on all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
  • Execute the brand tone of voice guidelines, visual identity guidelines and brand messaging documents.
  • Write compelling and informative copy that accompanies visual content, conveying the hotel's story, values, and key messaging while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Capture and edit visually stunning photos and videos of the hotel's amenities, services, events, and guest experiences to showcase its unique offerings and atmosphere.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Coordinating all public relations activities
  • Be on-site, coordinate with operation team to meet & greet Media/ KOLs visit.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to raise industry awareness.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales and operation, to source content ideas, gather information, and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Actively develop and maintain a database of corporate & hotel’s email newsletter subscribers. Schedule regular sending to all guests and individuals who have subscribed.
  • Engage with the hotel's online community, respond to reviews, comments and messages to ensure that official feedback from the hotels is in place whenever necessary, consequently foster positive relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with GM and operation team to implement impressive seasonal decoration for resort.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent writing skill in both Vietnamese & English
  • Understand & have experience in Social Media channels management, Social Media content (organic & paid content) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • To be thoughtful & organized.
  • Problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in the English language

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

  • Education: At least Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Service years in the field: 2-year+ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Service field
