Mô tả công việc
To report Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager all issues affecting guest services or hotel operations.
To supervise and direct subordinates’ performance, ensuring a very high standard of personal hygiene and grooming, and service quality.
To inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
To assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
To ensure VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention.
To promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
To check billing instructions and monitor guest credits.
To analyse and approve discounts and rebates.
To analyse the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control.
To take action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
To ensure that all front line staff comply with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
To react to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Hotel.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and make sure that problems are resolved satisfactorily.
To check Daily Guest Service Logbook and follow up on any special requests.
To ensure that all operations of Front Office are in compliance with SOP.
To attend hotel and departmental meetings and training sessions fully.
To comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
To adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

University Degree with Major in Hospitality
2 years of working experience in a similar position
Fluency in English
Familiarity with the Opera System
Good MS Office skills
Willing to work shifts.
