• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure excellent service standards and efficiency.
• Drive business growth by implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase profitability.
• Train, motivate, and support store managers and staff, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Analyze financial reports and take actions to meet targets.
• Monitor cost and waste control to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
