- Develop and adjust the annual Marketing Plan and Social Media Calendar for Six Senses Con Dao & Norfolk Group.
- Manage the Marketing Budget, track ROI, and prioritize cost-effective digital tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international media; manage media lists and execute placements.
- Serve as the resort's spokesperson when required, especially in crises.
- Maintain and update the resort’s photo library, website, and press kit; regularly submit stories/photos to media.
- Support PR, sales, and F&B strategies with relevant collateral materials.
- Assist various departments in developing materials, including sustainability content and HR newsletters.
- Ensure all printed materials meet corporate identity standards.
- Organize photography of VIP guests and coordinate special events and promotions for maximum publicity.
- Evaluate and manage resort donations and represent the resort in civic or community programs.
- Regularly audit and update resort information on all channels.
- Increase social media followers and engagement by creating posts and running campaigns to boost sales.

- Adapt role as necessary to meet operational needs, including duty management and travel requirements.
- Performance measured against job responsibilities and company standards.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Over five years of experience in senior sales and marketing roles within luxury hotels.
- Expertise in strategic decision-making, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Office, PMS, and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a visible, proactive management style.
