Mô tả công việc
• Develop and maximize the Resort revenue to achieve segment targets by suggesting programs to management to compete and fill slow periods.
• Regularly monitor account production, being able to react quickly should there be any significant change.
• Establish and improve the reputation of the Resort by offering a personalized service as per the Resort's standard operating procedures.
• Perfect knowledge of the Resort facilities and possibilities to create a luxury perception and increase the speed of replies.
• Negotiate and sign contracts before handing them over to the Operations team (depending on the organization).
• Study requirements of all inquiries and functions to familiarize and ascertain the possibility of selling additional facilities, to produce extra revenue.
• Entertain potential accounts to build and maintain good relationships per Management requirements.
• To ensure all comments received are reviewed and investigated with DOSM then discussed with GM or Retreat Manager and review follow-up action by sales persons.
• Take any client complaints/concerns into consideration, proactively find solutions or compensation, follow up, and share to improve the service.
• Make sure that his/her team responds to all requests for explanations or any complaints by the customer within 48 hours. If this is not possible, inform the customer precisely when he or she can expect a response and ensure delivery of this promise.
• When required, pay visits to potential clients when entering into contracts with commercial accounts. Ensure a minimum of 5 sales calls per week.
• Participate or conduct business trips as required by DOSM.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in the segment.
- Graduate of related to Sales and Marketing and Hospitality Industry College or University.
- Wholesale/ Leisure experience is an asset.
