Mô tả công việc

• Prepare ingredients for food preparation, including: dividing, cutting and storing in the warehouse. Pre-processing vegetables, fruits and meat for daily use

• Assist the shift leader in receiving and delivering goods to the processing area

• Clean freezers, refrigerators and processing equipment

• Comply with HACCP regulations and hotel standards

• Keep the work area clean and tidy
