• Supervising and coordinating all activities of out-sourced security officer in the different areas of responsibility inside and/or outside the hotel. Including car park and motor bike operations

• Ensuring patrolling of the Wink’s property is carried out properly to deliver a very secured experience to guests and colleagues

• Coordinating with local police, front desk police report system, government and law enforcement agencies for respective special visits etc.

• Frequently monitoring out-sourced-security officer and conduct immediate on-the-spot training, coaching for Wink experience performance shortfalls when necessary

• Ensuring that Wink hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and emergency procedures

• Acting as the champion of security operations and have a natural passion to drive exceptional safety measures for Wink hotel operations

• Executing on other assigned tasks from Area Operations Manager

• Work Experience Requirements
• • Over 05 years’ experience in hotel’s security operations, at least 03 years as Security Manager in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience
• • Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Security training courses a plus
• • Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English
• • Strong leadership and ability to provide on the job training
• • Proven hands-on experience in the security arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of latest trends in security measures
• • Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail
• • Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels
• • Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
