• Ensuring all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures are in place, maintained and updated based on Wink brand and quality standards
• Embracing a strong understanding of the importance of the department’s operation on the overall financial goals and educating staff on details as appropriate
• Reviewing staffing levels to ensure the Wink experience operational needs and financial objectives are met
• Asserting and delegating a list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and a list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments
• Managing the inventory process to ensure adequate supplies
• Supervising an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public areas
• Having a strong understanding of the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
• Ensuring that all hotel employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms
• Communicating areas that need attention to staff and following up to ensure understanding
• Supervising daily housekeeping shift operations and ensuring compliance with all approved housekeeping policies, standards and procedures
• Participating in departmental meetings and continually communicating a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to obtain desired results
• Setting a positive example of Wink experience for guest relations
• Participating in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction programs
• Coaching and empowering staff to provide excellent Wink experience
• Emphasizing Wink experience satisfaction during all departmental meetings on daily basis and focusing on continuous enhancement
• Responding to and handling guest problems and complaints in a proactive and timely manner
• Striving to improve Wink experience service performance
• Utilizing all available tools for on the job training to train new room attendants, coaches and assistant managers and providing follow-up training as necessary
• Establishing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with team
• Planning optimal manning and scheduling staff roster to meet business demands and for P&L tracks
• Ensuring team members understand expectations and parameters
• Ensuring property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to policy
• Observing service behaviors of staffs and providing feedback to individuals accordingly
• Ensuring staff recognition is taking place on all shifts
• Soliciting staff feedback, utilizing an “open door” policy, and reviewing staff satisfaction results to identify and address staff problems and concerns
• Participating in staff progressive discipline procedures and reviewing staff satisfaction results
• Participating in interviewing and hiring of Wink team members with the appropriate skills
• Executing on other assigned tasks from the board of management

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields; provided proof/certificates of housekeeping and laundry training courses a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong leadership and ability to provide on the job training
• Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail
• Interpersonal: team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels
• Information & Technology: computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Reporting, decision-making, problem solving skill

Work Experience Requirements
• Over 08 years’ experience in hotel’s housekeeping operations, at least 03 years as Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of housekeeping and laundry training courses a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong leadership and ability to provide on the job training
• Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail
• Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
