Mô tả công việc
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns for both hotel and F&B outlets
• Manage, update and audit content of hotel website, OTAs and all online presence of Hotel Royal - Gallery
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners digital team
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide recommendation and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager
