Mô tả công việc
- Perform Brand’s Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests
- Ensure consistency service within the department
- Sharing guest feedback to the team
- Manage all requests made by guests, or special request from guest that your staff reported to you.
- Assisting with Guests complaints, call manager when Guests have problem
- Take care and support GSA team to resolve problem when Guest request.
- Ensure GSA staff can do smooth check in and check out, support Guest to handle their request.
- Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:
- Maintenance of guest information
- Maintenance of information about local events
- Supervise GSA team to follow SOPs and do the right thing
- Compile occupancy statistics
- Supervise the use of he public address system
- Supervise group bookings with Check in, Check out process and Billings.
- Prepare reports
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Set target for Upselling, Member Enrollment, Tripadvisor

Required Skills –
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Good speaking skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Qualifications –
- Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experience–
- 2 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
- Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
