MARKETING MANAGER

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

• Plan and implement strategies of digital marketing and social media (paid & organic), mobile marketing and owned online channels

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blogs and social media pages that attracts and converts our target groups

• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

• Content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis

• Build strategic relationships with media outlets and journalists, both domestic and foreign-based

• Work closely with the Resort’s designer for all collateral, banners, signs, brochures, etc.

• Coordinate translations of all printed and otherwise published content produced for collateral, online content, PR material, etc.

• Research travel, lifestyle and food websites, magazines and newspapers to reach the Resort’s target market. Produce and distribute regular media releases about packages, activities and promotions

• Update the property’s website regularly, listing all activities and promotions, including the foreign language content

• Plan an advertising campaign that is within the yearly marketing budget

• Advertise regularly in those websites, guidebooks, newspapers and magazines with the greatest readership for the hotel’s target markets

• Bachelor degree in marketing or a directly related field

• 2+ year experience in tourism/hospitality marketing combining a good understanding of marketing and brand practices

• On top of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Experience and knowledge of website development, e-marketing methods, SEO

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills - Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken, written and understood)

• Organized, creative, curious and adaptable, ability to multi-task

• Excellent presentation skills, persuasiveness

• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, statistics, make sense of metrics and process figures with spreadsheets

• Must be available to travel at any time as required by the job

• Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
