Recruitment Manager - Quản lý Tuyển dụng

• Fully in charge of recruitment in Head office (in Vietnam & Oversea)
• Support HR departments at business units to fill in key positions.
• Manage the recruitment process during the pre-opening phase of new projects.
• Take lead in develop and maintain a close relationship with local universities, colleges, vocational training centers, etc. to ensure the talents sources for companies

Details:

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Source candidates through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and professional associations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs, forecast future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brands
• Take other work as assigned by management

• Good 4 English skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Negotiation skills, problem solving skills, able to work independently, under-pressure.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in recruiting for various positions and levels, including Vietnamese and foreigners.
