The primary goal of this position is to maximize sales and profits. Strong sales background as well as a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry will be expected. Common work activities for this job are analyzing market trends, detecting potential customers, meeting with clients, closing business deals
Key responsibilities:
I. Hotel Business and Sales strategies and target
• Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
• Implements all sales action plans related to market areas to achieve Sales target including but not limiting to daily sales call, site inspection trips
• Responsible for individual and team’s weekly, monthly and yearly sales target and budget
• Responsible for accounts distributed in different segments such as TA, OTA, Corporate Sales for the hotel.
• Solve customers’ grievances and questions related to Sales process or services
• Work closely with Hotel Manager/ General Manager/ General Director/ Managing Director to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
II. Market Research and Business Development
• Do market research, keep you updated with market trend and best practice.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Implement action plan to achieve target of new account acquisition, room night and revenue
• Pre-qualify and target key accounts within assigned territory or area and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share
• Develop and maintain pro-active relationship with potential and current accounts through regular sales calls and/or in-house entertainment or appreciation events.
• Work closely with Marketing team to develop, plan and execute promotional activities
• Other assigned tasks by BOM

Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Experience: more than 05 years working in Hospitality industry with at least 03 years in sales role
- Strong in TA/ Whole Sales and/or Corporate sales
- Skills and Personal qualities: Quick reaction and trend catcher, good communication and negotiation
