Mô tả công việc

Read the log book to gather information from the previous shift.
Ensure accurate and sufficient communication within the department to provide proper services.
Check and record Villa minibar setup.
Refill any missing items in the villas, ensuring all arrival villas are fully stocked.
Receive information and check the minibar in checked-out villas.
Post bills for minibar consumption.
Refill consumption items daily for all checked-out villas.
Send occupied villa bills to the Front Office.
Hand over checked-out villa bills to the Accounting department.

Should have an eye for detail.
Understanding of scheduling working and organization.
English communication is advantage.
Willingness to learn new skills and work hard. Must be able to work under a deadline.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, product controlling.
