HR Executive

• Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting, and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments
• Compile and process employee documentation and records and keep the employee database up to date.
• Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
• Responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Track employee attendance, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation.
• Assist Hr Manager on managing employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.

• Bachelor degree on relating fields.
• 2 year-experience on HR position.
• Good knowledge on labor regulation, compensation and benefits for employees.
• Good at English and MS office.
• Strong digital recruiting skills (LinkedIn and other tools).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Good English proficiency (both spoken and written).
