Assistant Executive Housekeeper

• To support EHK to prepare periodical department forecasts, and manage all operation of Housekeeping department
• To lead sections’ supervisor at the meetings to review the work progress and a business plan
• To handle all the problems internal department issues and the guests complains about Housekeeping work premises
• To be responsible for the supervision and management of the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of excellence at all times, while maintaining professional and well-organized service
• To arrange, check all work in sanitary area of Housekeeping staff every day, including guest rooms, cloth room, ensure the quantity and quality of fabrics, check sanitation of public area and working area of staff as instructed
• To assist Executive Housekeeper in maintaining effectively the hygiene standards and quality in responsible areas, represent the EHK when he/she is not present

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills

• Good communication and customer contact skills

• Results and service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
