Mô tả công việc

1. Solicit maximum business from all market (TA/CORP).

2. Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary.

3. Meet occupancy, average rate and profits of the assigned market segment

4. Prepare monthly report of activities and result which includes sales results, share of market, market trend, competitive activity and forecast report to be submitted to the Residence Manager.

5. Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Qualification: Bachelor graduate

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing management or related position at serviced apartment/Hotels

3. Competencies:

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing

• Familiar with overall operations of hotel

• Basic computer skills.

• Excellent communications skills.

• Excellent selling skills with ability to produce results.

4. Personal attributes:

• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.

• Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; team player.

• Able to conduct business as management.

• Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism
