Mô tả công việc
- Manage all personnel documents aligning with hotel policy and regulations.
- Oversee the human resource database to ensure database is always updated.
- Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.
- Support Management in preparing and/or executing all kinds of reports in compliance with government regulations.
- Supervise the time attendance system accurately.
- Meals, uniform, stationery registration.
- Follow on-boarding and off-boarding procedures relating to relocation and accommodation.
- Perform other duties assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a related major and at least 1 year working experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of human resources software and labor laws.
- Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- English communication
