Spa - Hair Stylist

• Hair stylist is responsible for serving our guests with provision of hair treatment in a courteous, gentle, charming and professional manner. To deliver a wellness experience that relaxes and rejuvenates our guests.

Guest experience:

• Understands the benefits of each treatment and able to explain this to guest.
• Explain treatment flow to the guest.
• Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.
• Ensure a waiver and health liability form has been obtained from the guest and any issues addressed with the guests.
• Is able to cope under pressure at busy times and responds positively to changes in the workplace.
• Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
• Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming as instructed by company.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the treatment rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintains the highest level of discretion and privacy during the guest present.
• Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.

Responsible business:

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• 100% salary & service charge in 2 months of probation

Required Skills

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to communicate in English

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
