Mô tả công việc

1. Managing daily tasks of the department:
  • In charge of shifts:

Create work schedules for employees.

Monitor and adjust the schedule as needed.

Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Managing daily tasks:

Assign specific tasks to each employee.

Check and evaluate work progress.

Ensure hygiene and workplace safety within the department

2. Creating promotion programs for restaurants:

Analyze the market and competitors to propose attractive promotion programs.

Plan detailed promotion programs (time, place, specific offers).

Coordinate with related departments to implement the program.

Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs after completion.

3. Managing, supervising, and boosting revenue:

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue.

Propose and implement measures to boost revenue.

Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue strategies and adjust when necessary.

4Managing costs:

Setting costs:

Calculate and manage the costs of materials and supplies.

Ensure costs are tightly controlled and reasonable.

Managing other costs:

Control other operating costs (electricity, water, labor, marketing, etc.).

Propose cost-saving measures.

5. Managing inventory:

Monitor daily inventory levels.

Ensure sufficient stock to serve customers, avoiding waste or shortages.

Regularly check and evaluate the quality of inventory.

6. Handling and resolving customer-related issues:

Listen to and promptly address customer feedback and complaints.

Build good relationships with customers through customer care programs.

Ensure customers are always satisfied with the restaurant's services and products.

7. Managing human resources:

  • Supporting recruitment:

Participate in the recruitment, interview, and selection process of employees.

  • Training:

Organize training sessions for new and existing employees.

  • Setting KPIs:

Develop and assign specific KPIs for each employee.

  • Monitoring KPI completion:

Track and evaluate employees' KPI completion progress.

  • Evaluating employee performance:

Conduct periodic performance evaluations of employees.

  • Handling disciplinary violations:

Implement timely and fair disciplinary measures when employees violate rules.

8. Other tasks as assigned by managers
