• To ensures all interactions with guests/ staff are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedure.

• To maintain a record book for recording all matters during the shift.

• To communicate with Bell Captain for all concerns; all accidents, no matter how seemingly inconsequential, must be reported to the Bell Captain immediately.

• To report to Bell Captain or the Duty Manager whenever if unclaimed baggage is found.

Báo cáo cho Tổ trưởng hành lý hoặc Quản lý ca trực bất cứ khi nào phát hiện thấy hành lý không có người nhận

• To attend and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.

Tham gia đầy đủ các cuộc họp, buổi đào tạo của bộ phận theo yêu cầu

• To perform other duties assigned by the Superiors.

• At least 2 years of driving experience.
