*Key Responsibility/ Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính

- Assist Chief Engineer inorganization of operation/maintenance of all system
(Hỗ trợ trưởng kỹ thuật trong việc tổ chức vận hành/bảo trì toàn hệ thống)

- Building operation procedure, including maintenance checklistfor each system
(Xây dựng quy trình vận hành, bao gồm checklist cho toàn hệ thống)

- Lead, manage and supervise the Team in the daily operation
(Dẫn dắt, quản lý và giám sát đội trong các hoạt động hằng ngày của khách sạn)

- Supervise the hotel maintenance Program and Quality Control
(Giám sát chương trình bảo trì và kiểm soát chất lượng của khách sạn)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học - Cao đẳng các chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật

- Có khả năng giám sát, điều phối, tổng hợp thông tin tốt

- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm hỗ trợ cho công việc: Autocad 2D/3D, MS Project…

- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 3 năm ở cùng vị trí

- Khả năng lãnh đạo và gắn kết đồng đội

- Năng động, tháo vát - có tinh thần trách nhiệm và nhiệt tình trong công việc
