Restaurant Supervisor/ Giám sát Nhà hàng

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

- Organize and supervise shifts

- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

- Estimate future needs for goods and cleaning products

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

- Recommend new products to customers and upsell them with the team

- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

- Update Unit performance, daily business and directly report to the Restaurant Manager

- Manage team of 4-6 Vn staffs

- Negotiable salary based on performance

- Uniforms and meals are provided in shift

 Giờ làm việc/ Working time:

+ 9:30am to 3:30pm & 6pm-10:30pm

+ 10-6:30pm or 2-10:30pm

- Mức lương/ Salary range : 10-15M and negotiable

- Minimum 2 years of experiences in F&B industry

- Communicate fluently in English and can confidently communicate with foreign customers.

- Always prioritize customers and have customer orientation mindset

- Sincere, enthusiastic and passionate about the F&B industry

- Knowledge of computer programs and software (Microsoft Office, POS…)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent is an advantage

- Always update about current culinary trends

- Skills in assigning and delegating tasks; Ability to train and guide junior staff in order to enhance the team’s performance efficiently.
