Assistant Marketing Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the graphic design, Events & Promotion, and MarCom teams, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the casino’s image and offerings.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage the casino’s public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and fostering relationships with key media contacts.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for events, overseeing promotional activities and collaborating with other departments for seamless execution.
• Monitor marketing trends and consumer feedback to adapt strategies that meet market demands and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects and teams.
• Supervise the production of all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timelines.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports on their performance and making informed recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, event promotion, and public relations.
