Surveillance Supervisor

Position Summary: The Surveillance Supervisor is pivotal in maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of the Cosmo Club through diligent surveillance operations. This role requires overseeing the surveillance team, monitoring gaming and cash handling activities to identify any irregularities or suspicious behavior, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveillance within the gaming or hospitality industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the surveillance team, assigning tasks and schedules to ensure comprehensive monitoring of all areas within the club.
• Continuously observe gaming operations and cash handling processes via surveillance systems, identifying any deviations from standard operating procedures or suspicious activities.
• Collaborate closely with the security team to address and investigate security concerns or potential breaches, ensuring a coordinated response to incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations and ensure all surveillance activities comply with these standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for the surveillance team, enhancing their skills in monitoring techniques and awareness of gaming industry practices.
• Manage and maintain surveillance equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and any malfunctions are promptly addressed.
• Compile detailed reports on surveillance operations, incidents, and investigations, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in regular meetings with the security and operations teams to discuss surveillance findings and operational improvements.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in a surveillance role, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of surveillance technology and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and equipment.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and standards.
• Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
