Managing and training staff
Ensuring excellent customer service
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
Controlling food and beverage costs
Preparing and analyzing financial reports

Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in restaurant management
Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
