Mô tả công việc

Coordinate work of the Floor team, assign and supervise staff’s working process. Ensure the work is completed as required.
Supervise the attitude and working spirit of the staff to give prompt reminders and adjust themselves.
Report work to RM/OM. Ask for direction from superiors on issues beyond your authority to resolve.
Maintain a positive working environment, lead and be a role model for staff.
Provide good service experience and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure to provide the best product quality as possible
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Train and give business instruction for new staff about regulations and service quality standards
Conduct and ensure opening & closing procedures
Maintain weekly/ monthly inventory
Other tasks required by Outlet Manager & Operations Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

A great attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual and reliable.
A strong leadership ability and motivational skills.
Planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation.
Proficient with English & Vietnamese.
Basic knowledge of Google Space, Microsoft Office and proficient with POS management software.
More than 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Previous experience in a Supervisor / Management role for more than 2 years.
Demonstrate experience in customer service management.
