• The Chief Security will ensure the safety of Guests, Team Members and Hotel property through a professional and efficient daily operation.
• The service must be sincere, warm and with enthusiastic ensuring that all guests have quality security and safety systems available to them
• Sets an example in regards to punctuality, appearance, courtesy, performance, attitude, leadership, guest relationship, observance of the house rules, loyalty to Management and inter-department cooperation
• The Chief Security should take the time to get to know the guests and be committed to service excellence, promote feedback with the team and anticipate the guest’s needs.

• At least 3 years' experience working as a security manager.
• Strong organization skills, multi-task oriented and good time management
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
• Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.
