Maintain and clean the fitness center and recreation area

• Wipe down fitness equipment and the swimming pool
• Remove towels, trash, and debris from the fitness center
• Ensure an adequate supply of cups and water in the recreation area
• Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers

• Obtain, fold, and stack towels per company procedures
• Distribute lockers and towels to guests

• Conduct inventory and inform supervisor of low supplies
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects

• Inform guests about available facilities and activities
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere
• Explain and enforce facility rules and regulations
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
• Complete safety training and certifications
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
• Protect company assets

• Welcome and acknowledge guests per standards
• Anticipate and address guests' needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities

Education and Experience

• Degree of English/Hospitality/Tourism other relevant major
• Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work shifts
• Experience of a similar position in 4 or 5-star hotels is preferred
