Mô tả công việc

  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Events, and F&B to plan, execute, and optimize demand generation and strategic marketing initiatives in identified key markets
  • Use market insights and analysis to design and deliver data-driven strategies and activities
  • Lead revenue driving activities by maintaining a calendar of offers and events, with intriguing stories and content, and leverage through the most effective marketing organic and paid channels
  • Maintain effective and efficient day-to-day internal and external communications, including communication campaigns, media, and crisis communications
  • Proactively source, assess opportunities, and maintain interactions with influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leader), and media partners
  • Develop and manage property marketing budget
  • Coordinate CRM and loyalty related marketing activities between property and corporate team including social media content, EDM, guest data integrity check and data driven experiences
  • Report on the performance of marketing efforts using predetermined KPIs
  • Generate innovative ideas and regularly monitor changes to the market, consumer trends, and rivals' activity, changing the marketing plan when necessary
  • Oversee and coordinate production and management of digital and print visual assets, including photography and video
  • Create and drive all copywriting to support marketing initiatives and channels
  • Ensure all textual and visual assets are on brand and match the criteria established by the Dusit Brand team
  • Supervise and evaluate the day-to-day operation of the marketing team
  • Engage the management team and other team members on the importance of marketing and its effect on property operation, brand reputation, and property income
  • Continuous learning through own IDP
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by GM

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum education of bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, Public Relations, Mass Communications, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of Marketing or content experience with a proven record of accomplishment in a fast-paced environment. The hotel industry experiences a strong plus.
  • Incredibly good understanding of Online Marketing practices
  • Possess the ability to establish strong media and social connections.
  • Able to perform within an integrated team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both property's native language and English
