Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the management and growth of the Hotel data and the targeted use of the database
- Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all Hotel communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this
- To manage and co-ordinate the Hotel Communications Plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all - activity fits into the approved plan to avoid duplication or over communication to the database
- Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting
- Responsible for planning and organization and contribution to the creative briefing process of all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the Hotel business
- Working closely with the graphic design to deliver innovative and creative on-line campaigns
- Management of design/third party agencies in relation to the Hotel business
- To ensure all activity carried out is managed within Risemount brand and values guidelines at all times
- Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services
- Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the Hotel detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key initiatives
- Work closely with Team Sales & Event to achieve Hotel further awareness
- Support in the management to press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key area of activity
- Develop the annual marketing plan according to business and communication objectives and results
- Initiate and execute all marketing activities according to the annual marketing plan
- Analyze actions (post-test, ROI calculation)
- Responsible for e-commerce of website, OTA, and social media pages.
- Develop profitable joint promotions
- Initiate and execute Resort marketing activities
- Create weekly, monthly report and yearly plan.
- Organization of special events
- Set-up and manage PR actions locally
- Budget follow-up
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned by General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
