Assistant Food Beverage Manager

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the food and beverage department

Help oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, catering, and other food and beverage outlets

Contribute to the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the department

Participate in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of food and beverage staff

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Monitor inventory, costs, and labor to optimize productivity and profitability

Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints

Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate activities and share information

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field 

2-3 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory or management role

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and quality control

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
