Mô tả công việc
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests with the hotel's standard;
- Check the number of available rooms, proactively sell walk-in rooms to optimize the hotel's revenue;
- Introduce guests to other services offered by the hotel and current promotional programs;
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for the hotel, ensuring accurate and compliant call transfers;
- Arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for guests, noting details in the logbook for shift follow-ups;
- Ensure all guest complaints and grievances are appropriately addressed, with resolutions promptly executed and communicated in a professional manner;
- Keep cleanliness in the work area, ensuring it is always tidy and organized;
- Other tasks as requested by department management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- BA degree in Hotel Management or related fields;
- Possess a customer service orientation, excellent communication and information skills.
- Good Japanese communication both written and verbal.
- Basic English communication is a plus.
