RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING PROGRAM:
- Assist with prepare monthly cost report
- Export and summarize the data from the SONET system such as purchasing, transfer in and out
- Update the costing price for all sold items of all venues by category
- Follow and report the wastage of all venues
- Support month-end close activities related to costing process including month-end inventory reconciliation
- Participate the monthly inventory at venues
- Input data into inventory list & Support to do the inventory variance report
- Weekly support the accounting team to cross-check the transfer data of all venues in the Sonet system
- Monthly compare the purchasing price to all venues
- Update the food master list and recipe & F&B promotion information
- Other tasks required by F&B cost controller and beverage coordinator

Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
