Mô tả công việc

Identifying, developing, and executing marketing strategy including but not limited to:

1. Identify, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.

2. Manage customer loyalty programme.

3. Coordinate with Sales team in the execution of marketing strategies and plans at cluster level.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

5. Plan and execute marketing programs and corporate events.

6. Conduct media buys and forge strong relationship with media houses.

7. Support the Director, Sales & Marketing in all administrative duties2. Collaborating with Digital Marketing Executive with initiatives focusing on bottom of the funnel

8. Managing social media campaigns and content for the properties

9. Maintaining content and photo gallery for the websites

10. Writing and proofreading creative copy

11. Managing brand identity creatives such as marketing collaterals and artworks for cluster and properties

12. Organizing corporate and property events

13. Managing brand program

14. Managing partnership program and widen the network of partners

15. Managing key influencer and celebrity endorsement

16. Ensuring Corporate/ Brand CI is applied at all time

17. Ensuring all administrative works are handled and coordinated with relevant departments

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry. Good spoken and written English
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality/ Media/ Public Relation or Marketing
  • At least 2 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Design Competency (AI, PS etc.) is a plus
