Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute ongoing marketing initiatives and programs, support digital marketing planning, execution of brand campaigns, and deployment of strategies and tactics across social media, digital and creative designs.
Build CRM and email database campaigns to increase visitation and ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the Bar operations, Head Office’s marcom & BOD to ensure alignment of programming and marketing goals.
Support on-site marketing and communications tactics to maximise guests conversion.
Build a strong and engaged KOL/KOC/influencer program to build brand awareness and create user-generated content.
Oversee all reputation and citation management on Google, TripAdvisor, and other digital platforms.
Manage all social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels.
Monitor media coverage and other external factors to identify potential or actual problem areas and opportunities.
Report directly to the Bar Manager and Owner and dotted-line to the Head Office’s CMO.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a media or marketing setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and oral communication and are known for translating data into clear, easy-to-understand information useful for stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both individually and collaboratively, in a team environment
Experience with Google, TripAdvisor and various social media platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
